Scope of business: infrastructure development, real estate development, foreign trade, development of E-communication technology, development of biotechnological products, agricultural and polytechnic development, household appliances, electronic products, mechanical and electronic devices, hard wares and AC devices, building materials, general merchandise, wholesale and retail of knitting textiles, etc. 

With the join-effort of the whole management, Fujian Sunshine Industrial Development Incorporated Company has been developed into a public company characterized by “sound administration, canonical management, and outstanding achievement”. The assets of the company totals RMB 1.7billion. With real estate development as its leading role, international trade as its focal point, the company takes the domestic trade as its effective supplementation. Another subsidiary company, the majority shareholder of which is Fujian Sunshine Industrial Development Incorporated Company as well, Shanghai Tianjiao Real Estate Development Limited Liability Company developed the “Tianjiao Mansion”, which lies in the Pudong New district of Shanghai and was elected as “the Most Investment Valued Commercial Real Estate in 2005, China” by the 2nd China Urban Real Estate Trade Fair. The main products for export and import of it include mechanical and electrical products, daily necessities, textile, raw and processed materials, etc. And the products have been sold to South and North America, Europe, Africa, Australia, Southeast of Asia, Japan, Korea, Hongkong and other countries and areas.
